Lisa Nagorny, COO

Lisa is the COO of Triad Consulting Group, overseeing day-to-day operational functions of the business in addition to operationalizing strategic initiatives. 

As a strategy and operations leader, Lisa has guided companies through critical inflection points, helping them evolve and grow along the way. Most recently, Lisa was the Global Director of Client Development at Brunswick Group, the global advisory firm, where she built and scaled an innovative client service program. Prior to Brunswick, she served as VP of Strategy and Operations at Essay101, an early-stage education startup, where she led initiatives to enhance operations and expand service offerings. Lisa began her corporate career as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and was appointed as a founding member of the firm’s Strategic Innovation Group. She is also a proud Veteran, having served as a United States Naval Officer.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University, a Master in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a certified executive coach. 

She resides in Chicago with her husband and kids. Outside of work she loves staying active, whether it’s running along the Chicago lakefront, skiing out west, or starting impromptu living room dance parties with her family.
