Emily Epstein
Emily is a consultant with Triad Consulting Group. For almost two decades, Emily has specialized in teaching negotiation, facilitation, mediation, and communication skills. She focuses on helping clients break through impasse, collaborate across functions, and build stronger relationships. Emily has been invited by organizations on four continents to help them overcome protracted challenges, from boosting the profitability of a Fortune 500 company to reducing the global use of child soldiers.
Emily is a lecturer of law at the University of California at Berkeley School of Law. In the past, she has served as associate faculty at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation and adjunct faculty at the Georgetown University Law Center. Emily earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Emily trains teams, coaches executives, and facilitates conversations in a wide range of public and private sectors, including financial services, scientific research, biotech, law, education, insurance, health services, construction, and real estate. Representative clients include Nokia, iRobot, Deutsche Bank, Exxon-Mobil, Aspen Insurance, the Swiss Consulate, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Harvard Law School.
