Angelique Skoulas

Angelique is a Consultant with Triad Consulting Group, bringing over 20 years of expertise in leadership development, conflict management, and interpersonal communication. She partners with leaders and teams to cultivate more intentional conversations that build trust and strengthen key relationships.

Driven by a deep commitment to fostering environments where individuals can thrive, Angelique creates safe, supportive spaces that encourage learning and growth. Her work spans corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors, where she has collaborated with organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, the World Bank Group, Google, L’Oréal, and the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.

As the co-founder and former co-director of the Graduate Leadership Studies program at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Angelique led research on how leadership and communication impact the career development of healthcare professionals. In addition, she has delivered executive programs at George Mason University, Harvard University, and the Wharton School of Business.

Angelique’s diverse background includes a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific and a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and served as a Congressional Fellow with the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Her practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches, drawing from neuroscience, biology, sociology, and political science.
