Angelique Skoulas

Angelique Skoulas is a Consultant with Triad Consulting Group, bringing over 20 years of expertise in leadership development, and interpersonal communication. As a facilitator and coach, she partners with leaders and their teams to cultivate more intentional conversations that strengthen key relationships and lead to organizational results.

Angelique creates safe, supportive spaces that encourage authentic conversations in the programs she leads. Her work spans corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors, where she has collaborated with organizations such as Google, L’Oréal, HSBC, Fiesta Restaurant Group, the NIH, the World Bank, and the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.

As the co-founder and former co-director of the Graduate Leadership Studies program at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Angelique led research on how leadership and communication impact the career development of healthcare professionals. She has taught multiple courses at Harvard on leadership and communication, in addition to executive programs at George Mason University, and the Wharton School of Business.

Angelique’s diverse background includes a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific and a Master’s in Public Administration from Harvard. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and served as a Congressional Fellow with the American Association for the Advancement of Science.

In her spare time Angelique values time with friends and family, dancing at big fat Greek weddings, a mid-day lap swim, and a meaningful conversation with just about anyone.
