Her expertise has benefited notable clients such as Disney, Boston Children’s Hospital, BMW, Nestlé, the New Jersey Board of Education, and NASA Aeronautics. Her work has been published in academic journals and featured in mainstream media, such as the Wall Street Journal.

Outside of work, Rachel is a musician and a language learner. These days, she finds herself deeply concerned with learning how to win negotiations in her husband's native language, Portuguese.
