Anh Tran

Anh Tran is a Consultant with Triad Consulting Group, where she helps individuals and organizations navigate difficult conversations, resolve conflict, and strengthen strategic and organizational relationships. Her work blends interpersonal skill-building with systems thinking to support cultural transformation and long-term organizational change.

She has worked with clients across sectors, including Microsoft, Apple, American Express, Snowflake, Salesforce, Riot Games, the Federal Reserve, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. At Harvard University, Anh has served on teaching teams for negotiation, ethics, and conflict resolution courses at the Law School, Graduate School of Education, Divinity School, and College.

Anh was ordained in the Plum Village tradition of Zen Master Thích Nhât Hanh and spent years training in Buddhist monasteries across Asia, Europe, and North America. Her monastic formation and global community experience shape her approach to interpersonal dynamics, culture and identity, systems analysis, interreligious dialogue, and integrative leadership. These experiences inform her work on conflict, culture change, and policy development.

Anh holds a joint degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Religion from the University of Southern California, an M.Div. from Harvard Divinity School, and an MA from Harvard University. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Harvard’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where her research explores the intersections of ethics, governance, negotiation, and cultural resilience. Outside of work, Anh is a martial arts enthusiast and devoted snack connoisseur.
